Monday:  Nanuet HS 7-8:30pm

Tuesday: Ramapo Freshman Center 6-8pm

Wednesday: Clarkstown South 7-9pm

Thursday: Ramapo Freshman Center 6-8pm


you must have a USA wrestling card to wrestle at Nanuet or Clarkstown South.  In order to get a USA wrestling card, go to http://www.themat.com/membership/  and sign up for one.

All should attend, the season is going to start before you know it!
